So the authorities suggest children of four to six take 600 mg of Calcium at minimum daily; children of seven to nine 800 mg; children of ten to twelve 1000 mg; teenagers of thirteen to eighteen who are in the fast growth period take 1200 mg of Calcium daily. Daily intake of enough Calcium can help children and teenagers grow healthy teeth and bones.
