Introduction

　 Anemia is the status of decrease in concentration of RBCs (red blood cells); decrease in hemoglobin or dilution in blood. Generally speaking, anemic tendency is considered as RBC concentration less than 4.1 million per milliliter in male, 3.8 million per milliliter in female; or hemoglobin (HgB) less than 13.5g/dl in male, 12.0g/dl in female.

Effects？

　 Anemia can cause dizziness, pale appearance, asthma and palpitations. Patients under severe condition may cause somnolence, anorexia, cardiomegaly and even heart failure. Those syndromes are resulted from dilution of blood, which makes oxygen, carbohydrate and other nutrition not be absorbed in your body, especially in your brain. Patients with anemia would lack gastric juice that leads to stomach diseases because of poor digestion of Calcium-containing foods.
