Simple exercise for lower limb care

3. Lifting-up of your legs on your side: Lying on one side of the body, and then lifting up your legs.
4. Isometric contraction exercise of quadriceps femoris: Lying down, then stretching your legs and then putting your popliteal fossa (posterior part of knee joints) close to the bed. Then loosening your muscle after counting from one to ten.
5. Semi-squat (half-squat) exercise: Standing straight, then half-squat with knees slightly bent and the stand up again.

At first, you should control your weight to lessen burden of your joints. Then, you can do some mild exercises like swimming and slow walk. What's more important is to keep heath of your joints regularly. If you find any joint dislocation, you should consult with doctors as soon as possible to reduce compressing pressure of peripheral tissue. You should avoid having low-temperature of your joints. You can do some treatment yourself like sinking your joints under the warm water of 45 Celsius degree. It can relieve pain and stiffness.
